The session on material design was another initiative with respect to the curiosity series. The event started with the introduction to material design which is a virtual design language developed by Google. The speakers successfully highlighted that it makes liberal use of grid-based layouts, responsive animations and transitions, padding, and depth effects such as lighting and shadows.
